Membership Application
Complete the form below to apply for membership at St. John Lodge #539, Grand Lodge of Kansas.
What to Expect
1. Application Review
Your application will be reviewed by our membership committee. This typically takes 1-2 weeks.
2. Interview
You will be invited to meet with lodge members to learn more about our organization and answer any questions.
3. Vote
Lodge members will vote on your application during a regular meeting.
4. Initiation
Upon acceptance, you will be scheduled for your initiation ceremony.
Requirements
- -Be at least 18 years of age
- -Believe in a Supreme Being
- -Be of good moral character
- -Be loyal to your country
- -Agree to abide by the rules and teachings of the Order
